I run the full post pipeline: a directed team, a locked QC and brand-consistency standard, and multi-format delivery.
Jonna builds and runs the systems that turn raw footage into a finished, on-brand release. Over 8 years in media he has directed cross-functional post teams of editors, graphic designers, motion artists, and colorists across recurring series that shipped week after week, holding one consistent look across hundreds of episodes and tens of millions of views.
His focus is the operating layer: assigning the right people, running the review and QC process, enforcing brand standards, and formatting every deliverable for linear, digital, and social. He works fluently across the platform side too, from long-form episodes to the teasers and clip-outs that carry a series on social.
